TOOTH SENSITIVITY

Another remineralizing function of nano<mHAP> is to seal and coat dentinal tubules in cases where dentin is left unprotected due to receding gums or a thinned tooth surface.
In such cases, microscopic tubules that connect the tooth nerve to the external environment open, making it sensitive to heat or cold.
Potassium nitrate, which acts on the nerve surface, can provide quick pain relief by blocking the transmission of these stimuli to the nerve. However, it does not address the underlying cause of sensitivity – open tubules on the tooth surface.
On the contrary, nano<mHAP> solves the problem fundamentally – it restores a new layer of enamel on exposed dentin, seals the tubules and protects the nerve from external stimuli.
