USAGE
Squeeze a small amount of toothpaste (1 cm-1.5 cm) onto the toothbrush. Brush your teeth after each meal for about 3-5 minutes. After brushing your teeth, spit, rinse, and the rest of the nano mHAP will continue to work with saliva.
